The apple industry: Ontario Quebec and Michigan

Recently, planners at the Ontario Horticultural Crops Conference, held in Toronto, decided to give apple producers an overview of production in three areas of North America: Ontario, Quebec and Michigan. Using actual growers rather than government apple extension specialists provided the audience with a more "hands on" idea of what is going on in the industry in those areas.
