Sovrin Plastics, a medical and technical moulder, offers a single, fully integrated source for tooling, plastic injection moulding, cleanroom injection moulding, micro moulding, assembly, and printing, moving from concept through prototyping and into high volume production. With facilities that include six ISO Class 7/Class 10,000 cleanrooms (1,600 m{sup}2), technical plastic injection moulding and state-of-the-art CADCAM and CNC tooling divisions, the company has extensive experience and equipment for the provision of micro-mouldings, for which it has found an increasing demand in the medical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and electronics industries. A micro-moulding cell has been designed for producing the smallest components, typically with weights below 0.25 g and down into single figure milligrams.
