The winners of this year's 2007 Seafood Prix d'Elite were announced at the European Seafood Exposition, the world s largest and most prestigious seafood event, held recently in Brussels, Belgium. This year 37 products reached the finals, from which the internationl panel of distinguished judges chose the Grand Prize winners as well as giving special awards for retail packaging, originality, convenience, health and best seafood products.
