Determination of moisture content in food products plays a key role in the entire industry. Infrared moisture analyzers have long become standard equipment employed for quick routine analyses in the laboratory and production sectors. The sugar and candy industries, however, are sectors that place exceptionally high demands on applications where low moisture contents have to be precisely determined in sensitive samples. This is an area where conventional infrared dryers were usually not accurate or effective enough. Now, the new MA100 Moisture Analyzer with its built-in analytical weighing system, especially gentle heat radiator and sharply-precise temperature regulator can be used universally for analyzing the moisture content of raw materials, intermediate and end products.
