RDCO - delivering improvements

"The existing UK RDCO scheme has been a key factor in reducing the illicit fuels tax gap, both in Northern Ireland and in Great Britain. But HMRC has not sat on its laurels and recently tightened up procedures via a new 'fit and proper test' for scheme applications as well as more specific obligations for those in the scheme. This is already delivering further improvements.
