PETRONAS TO BUILD LUBE BLENDING PLANT IN INDIA

PETRONAS LUBRICANTS INTERNA-tional (PLI) will build a lube blending plant in the Patalganga area, near Mumbai, India.with an initial capacity of 60,000 tons per annum in the first phase to be completed by 2015 at a cost of USD50 million. Capacity can be expanded to 120,000 tons in the second phase.
