"The first half of 2016 saw diesel volumes drop by almost 0.5 % nationally, compared to the second half of 2015. At Phillips 66 however, by maintaining our competitive offer and continuing to focus on meeting our customers' needs, we've managed to buck this trend, with our diesel volumes up by 6 % over the same period.
