Department of Energy awards fuel cell Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program

摘要

The Department of Energy has completed the evaluation of the FY 2007 Phase I SBIR and STTR Grant Applications and made the following awards.Nanofiber Paper for Fuel Cells and Catalyst Supports Inorganic Specialists,Inc.(965 Capstone Drive,Miamis-burg,OH 45343) This project will use inexpensive,bulk-produced carbon nanofibers to fabricate fuel cell components that are at least three times better than commercial products.This innovation reduces the cost of fuel cells because it requires far less expensive platinum catalyst.
