Applying Basic and Advanced Electrical Measurement Techniques to Fuel Cell Electrical Characterization

This presentation covers basic and advanced measurement techniques that can be applied to the electrical characterization of fuel cell materials.Also techniques for characterizing operating fuel cells under load will be discussed.First,we will cover fundamentals of electrical measurements,noise,measurement and instrumentation bandwidth,source measure techniques and how and when each measurement technique should be applied.
