From 4th to 7th April 2006, the international food technology sector will be meeting in Cologne for the fourth time - at Anuga FoodTec, the international trade fair for food and drink technology. It offers the international food business an information and purchasing platform that covers the entire spectrum of technology and investment requirements for production in all segments of the food industry. With more than 1,100 suppliers from 40 countries in 2006, Anuga FoodTec is matching the impressive results of the last event while strengthening its leading position in the international trade fair business (2003: 1,115 companies from 44 countries), Anuga FoodTec is jointly organised by Koelnmesse and the German Agricultural Society (DIG).
