INGAA BLASTS FERC'S ADJUSTED PIPELINE CREDITING POLICY SPELLED OUT LAST MONTH; SHIPPER BP AND MARKETER PROLIANCE REQUEST EXTENSION OF POLICY TO SECONDARY IN PATH TRANSPORTATION INTERRUPTIONS
The Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) this week requested clarification, and reconsideration, of the FERC Order on Petition issued 4/21/11 that directed the Commission's Division of Audits in the Office of Enforcement to examine whether interstate pipeline tariffs comply with the Commission's reservation charge crediting policy.
