Ethanol Producers Say Accident at Prairie Horizon’s Facilities Foreshadow Kinder Morgan’s Indifference To Their Gas Quality Expectations After Pony Express Pipeline Is Transferred to Tallgrass and Converted

Ethanol Producers (Nebraska Corn Processing LLC, Prairie Horizon Agri-Energy LLC, and Trenton Agri Products LLC) renewed their dispute with Kinder Morgan Gas Transmission LLC’ (CP12-495), over the proposed abandonment to Tallgrass Interstate Gas Transmission, LLC of the Pony Express pipeline for the purpose of converting it into a crude oil pipeline. The application filed last August 6 was protested earlier by this group which this week submitted a supplement to that protest. The supplement was purported to provide important new information to assist the Commission in resolving the issues.
