Fayetteville Express Pipeline, a Joint Venture of Kinder Morgan and ETP, Submits Project Details to PERC

Fayetteville Express Pipeline, LLC (FEP) (CP09-433) on June 15 filed formal papers supporting a request for a certificate from the FERC. FEP, a joint-venture company between Energy Transfer Partners, LP and Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, LP, proposes to construct and operate a natural gas pipeline project to deliver gas from the Fayetteville Shale production field in Arkansas to markets in the Midwest, Southeast and Northeast through certain pipeline interconnections in Arkansas and Mississippi.
