Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co.(RP09-282)is among the first of large interstate natural gas pipelines1 to respond to specific questions that FERC posed in numerous pipeline proceedings stemming from efforts of individual pipelines to comply with modifications made to the Commission's pipeline capacity release regulations promulgated by Order Nos.712 and 712-A.Tennessee's comments supplement an answer filed by the pipeline on February 23 in which Tennessee addressed,among other things,the question of whether pipelines should be required to provide replacement shippers in Asset Management Arrangements(AMAs)with the same discount,if any,that a releasing shipper has with respect to its usage and fuel charges.
