LLC, another NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage company, triggered a strongly worded objection from Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. (BGE) and a joint protest from the Easton Utilities Commission, the City of Charlottesville, Virginia, and the City of Richmond, Virginia (collectively, Cities). According to the Cities, Columbia's filing is devoid of any support for the conclusion it no longer needs any of the 24,600 dth/d of the Millennium FT-1 capacity that the Commission authorized it to recover through the operations tracker (or TCRA).
