Inergy's Arlington Storage Seeks to Acquire Seneca Lake Storage Facility in New York and Provide Storage and Hub Services at Market-Based Rates

Arlington Storage Co. LLC (ASC) (CP10-99) - a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inergy LP - filed an application on 3/24/10 for authority to acquire and operate the existing Seneca Lake underground salt cavern storage facility in Reading, Schuyler County, N.Y. The facility, placed in service in July 1996, is now owned and operated by New York State Electric & Gas Corp. (NYSEG), a Hinshaw pipeline. NYSEG and Inergy Midstream entered into an asset purchase agreement on 1/8/10.
