Answering a complaint (OR16-23) lodged late in August jointly by Delta Air Lines, Inc., Atlas Air, Inc., and Polar Air Cargo Worldwide, Inc., Enterprise TE Products Pipeline Co. LLC presented its case to prove that the complainants lack standing to bring the complaint, that the complaint is based on a flawed rate analysis, that its own preliminary rate evaluation indicates the existing rate for the service being contested (Lima-CVG Route) is just and reasonable, and the complainants are not entitled to reparations.
