The National Grid Gas Delivery Companies,who include contract customers of Dominion Transmission,Inc.(DTI),challenged the abbreviated application filed 12/10/07 by DTI (CP08-33) for a certificate to construct a new 4,740 horsepower (hp) compressor station (with two 2,370 hp gas compressors) and two miles of 20-inch diameter pipeline in Westmoreland County,Pennsylvania-or the Dominion Hub I Project-for the purpose of transporting up to 200,000 dth/d of new gas supplies received from proposed Rockies Express Pipeline LLC facilities to a new interconnection with Texas Eastern Transmission Co.LP.
