FERC requested $298 million for fiscal year (FY) 2010, an increase of 9% over the estimated FY 2009 budget of $273.4 million. The Commission made the case for 1,528 full-time equivalent positions (FTEs), up 4.3% from the estimated 1,465 FTEs in the current fiscal year.
