Recently, Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline, LLC (CP96-810) sought FERC's authorization to amend its Presidential Permit and authorization under Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act so that it can use its existing cross-border facilities, and their collective design capacity of 833,317dth/d, to export natural gas from the U.S. into Canada. Maritimes requested expedited approval.
