Collbran Valley Abandons Plan to Transport Jurisdictional Gas via Residue Line as Gas Will Go to Enterprise's Meeker Plant

Collbran Valley Gas Gathering, LLC (CVGG) (CP09-01) recently moved FERC to vacate the certificate issued to it on 8/25/09. The Commission had granted CVGG authorization to transport gas through the Anderson Gulch Residue Line. The application of CVGG, filed on 10/1/08, was for a limited-jurisdiction certificate authorizing CVGG to transport natural gas from the tailgate of CVGG's Anderson Gulch Plant through 9 miles of 16-inch diameter pipeline (Anderson Gulch Residue Line) to interconnects with Rocky Mountain Natural Gas LLC, a Colorado local distribution company, and TransColorado Gas Transmission Co. LLC solely on behalf of CVGG's owners. CVGG also had asked for a general waiver of the Commission's rate schedule and tariff filing requirements contained in part 154 of the regulations. FERC denied the request for waiver of the blanket open access and tariff conditions.
