The fall of 2010 marked the start of the Enrichment Program in Chemistry (EPIC) at the University of Manitoba. For five Saturday mornings, from November to February, 22 high school and home-schooled students from across Winnipeg gathered at the University of Manitoba to learn about and experience the multifaceted nature of chemistry. The program was funded by the University of Manitoba and the CIC Chemical Education Fund.
