Hyflux and Mitsui form joint venture to target China's water infrastructure market

Singapore's Hyflux Ltd and Japan's Mitsui & Co Ltd are setting up a joint venture company to develop water projects in China. Galaxy NewSpring Pte Ltd, a 50:50 joint venture, will invest, develop and manage projects in Chinas growing water sector.
