Global Energy Outlook

For the third consecutive year, PCA invited Mr. Bush to review the overall world energy market. His accuracy on predicting the trends of major energy commodities has been spot on the last couple of years. The overview of the 2009 energy market highlighted the global economic downturn, the credit/financial sector collapse, the energy bubble burst, regulatory effects, and the role of speculation, which Bush labeled as "important to the market."
