Evoqua Water Technologies (www.evoqua.com), and its recently acquired Neptune Benson (www.neptune benson.com), have announced the acquisition of VAF Filtration Systems (www.vafusa.com), a screen filtra-tion manufacturer based in Arvada, Colorado. VAF, founded in 1985, engineers and manufactures automatic self-cleaning water filters and control valves for a variety of industrial and municipal water applica-tions. Markets include industrial water reuse, water and wastewater, cooling towers, seawater, river intake water, well water, groundwater re-injection, irrigation and more. VAF’s premier product, the V-Series~(TM), is a self-cleaning screen filter capable of removing sus-pended solids from 1500 to 10 microns.
