Success story:Collaboration drives the growing food sector

The Scottish food and drink industry is booming, and has come a long way in the past 10 years. From static growth, the industry is now one of the best performing in Scotland's economy.The annual turnover of the industry has increased 40 per cent since 2007 and is now worth E14.4 billion. Furthermore, its manufacturing growth rate (43 per cent) is twice the UK average (21 percent).
