IN RESPONSE TO THE THREAT OF A SKILLS AND TRAINING GAP, MARINE HARVEST HAS ESTABLISHED ITS OWN APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME.In 2012 Marine Harvest Scotland, conscious of a potential skills gap, identified a need to develop an in-house scheme to encourage young recruits into the company and to offer them the relevant skills training and experience to create a workforce to cope with the company's increasing size.
