Kawakawa dieback puzzle

Scientists investigating the deaths of hundreds of kawakawa trees in Auckland and Northland are asking Forest & Bird members to help them determine how widespread the problem is. Nick Waipara, who is part of a team from MAF Biosecurity and the Auckland Council investigating kawakawa dieback, says they want to hear about other examples of kawakawa which have suffered from leaf-yellowing, wilting and dying.
