Bodycote acquires third food testing laboratory

Following the acquisition of Law Laboratories and Allied Laboratories last year,Bodycote Materials Testing has made a further acquisition in the food sector with Grimsby-based Tetra Laboratories.Set up less than a year ago by ex senior staff of Allied,Tetra Labs has grown rapidly and now provides chemical,microbiological and nutritional testing for big name food manufacturers-particularly those in the fish industry-and retailers.
