Tulip's rebuilt Tipton processing factory is now world class.Its latest line equipment from Herbert Industrial brings better controls,procedures and traceabili-ty,significantly improving produce flow,efficiency and yields.Pork primals are processed,loaded into trays,sealed and passed down the line to where Herbert's integrated equipment carries out metal detection,weighing,labelling and vision inspection.Finished packs are then loaded into plastic crates,which are weighed,labelled and despatched to Tesco Depots.
