Baker Perkins has extended its range of EM390 rotary moulders with an over-band machine designed for multi-purpose and multi-product lines.An EM390 located above the band of a sheet and cut line for hard and semi-sweet biscuits can be brought on-line as required to add soft biscuits or cookies to the product mix.Changeover between sheet and cut and rotary moulded production is simple and rapid.
