LC-MS/MS Solution to Detect Melamine

Thermo Fisher Scientific have announced the availability of a method to-detect melamine and cyanuric acid in food matrices.The method uses Thermo Scientific instrumentation for liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)systems.The LC-MS/MS method utilizes the Thermo Scientific TSQ Quantum triple quadrupole mass spectrometer coupled to a Thermo Scientific Surveyor MS pump and autosampler.Thermo Scientific Xcalibur data system software was used to acquire and analyze the data.
