First toothfriendly chewy candy with Palatinose~(TM)

BENEO-Palatinit and Bosch Confectionery present the first toothfriendly chewy candy with PalatinoseTM.The new product was shown at this year's Smart and Healthy Sweets Symposium organised by German college Zentralfachschule der Deutschen Siisswarenindustrie (ZDS) in Solingen. BENEO-Palatinit, manufacturer of functional carbohydrates, and Bosch Confectionery, supplier for complete confectionery production lines, worked in close cooperation to develop the first toothfriendly candy to contain PalatinoseTM rather than polyols.
