GEA Process Engineering has received an order for over EUR 17 million from Feihe Daily, one of the fastest growing, medium-size producers of dairy products in China. GEA Process Engineering will supply process know-how, technology, equipment and install plants for the production of whole milk powder and infant formula powder, as well as training local Feihe production staff. Feihe Dairy formerly used GEA Process Engineering as its supplier for its first infant formula project in China three years ago. The company considers GEA Process Engineering to be a strategic partner and expects the partnership to continue well beyond the two new projects.
