The ability of Prose'al's F40Ggas flushing heat seal machine to deliver modified atmosphere packaging without the need to pull a vacuum has enabled Dutch cheese manufacturer Kaaskeuken BV to maximise throughput for its newly launched range of Tapas products.The new products,developed for a private label customer,is top sealed in round and rectangular trays and require modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) in order to achieve the required extended shelf life.
