Allele frequencies for the 13 CODIS short tandem repeat (STR) loci included in the AmpFISTR((R)) Profiler Plustrade mark and AmpFISTR((R)) Cofilertrade mark kits (Applied Biosystems, Foster City, USA) were determined in a sample of 174 unrelated Indians in Singapore.
