Bilateral foot planovalgus deformity with multiple bone cysts

We present the case of a 49-year-old woman of short stature who presented with a 2-year history of worsening bilateral foot pain with planovalgus deformity, Her history and examination did not suggest any bone dysplasia and clinical examination showed intact tibialis posterior tendons bilaterally but subsequent imaging revealed multiple ankle and calcaneal cysts. There are no previously reported cases of planovalgus foot deformity in patients with multiple bone cysts.
