The 7th edition of the prestigious and world-renown Fi Europe 2001 Awards will be presented to the company, research institute or university to honour both innovation and quality in the manufacture and application of food ingredients. This year's Awards will again feature the Most Innovative Food Ingredient Award and the Food Ingredient Research Award. In addition to these two categories, we are pleased to introduce the Organic Award.
