USDA to publish plan for complying with Harvey v. Johanns

A plan outlining how USDA's National Organic Program will comply with the Harvey v. Johanns court ruling is undergoing legal review and will be published in the next few weeks, Barbara Robinson, deputy administrator of USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service, told a Nov. 16-17 meeting of the National Organic Standards Board.
