Design and development of thermal mass flowmeters for high pressure applications

This paper discusses the design and development of two thermal mass by-pass flowmeters for the ranges of 90 grams per second (g/s) and 15g/s operating at 18 bar and 19.5 bar pressures respectively for air flow measurement.
