Aweek after meeting with food protection professionals at IAFP s Annual Meeting in North Carolina, Elliot Ryser boarded a plane for Europe, where he met with experts on Danish ceramics. You might say Elliot leads a double life — food scientist by dayand Danish ceramic collector by night. It's a combination that has afforded him the opportunity to travel the world, including eight trips to Denmark as well as journeys to Australia, China, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Canada and 40 of the 50 states in the U.S.
