Automated Pile Logistics

Extensively automated print production, including substrate logistics, is currently somewhat of a novelty in Chinese printshops. Therefore, when packaging producer Tianjin Huiyuan opened its press room doors as part of an Open House late last year, it attracted huge crowds. Some 100 packaging professionals came to the event in northern China. This longstanding KBA sheetfed offset customer, located in a town bearing the same name, has several Rapidas, including two new highly automated Rapida 106s which are all integrated in automated pile logistics.
