摘要

In the course of my involvement with continuing medical education (CME) activities on glaucoma management, I've been asked some very telling questions. Many are questions I have asked myself, and here are a few of them: "Why do some of my patients progress despite pressures in the normal range?" "Should my patients be getting surgery earlier?" "What's this business about neuroprotection and blood flow?" "Is intraocular pressure reduction not the most important treatment goal anymore?"
