It has been reported that Amcor is to lift its exposure to the Chinese tobacco market under a three-stage deal giving its 44 per cent of a Hong Kong listed cigarette packager.Amcor said it would sell two packaging plants in Beijing and Qingdao for USHK509 million (USA91 million) worth of shares in Vision Grande Group.This will give it 121.1 million shares in Vision Grande,at an assumed price of USHK4.20 each.But Vision Grande has also agreed to issue Amcor another 16.67 million new shares at the same price and a further 96 million at USHK2.50,superceding an earlier options agreement.
