Despite approaching laying season, US asphalt prices decline

New York—In a seasonally surprising move, 12 out of 14 US asphalt markets either declined or moved sideways by late March, a Platts survey disclosed. The sole regions to show increased racks were California and Texas, two of the largest marketplaces.
