A discussion of the fiscal 2001 results of Henkel KGaA on business sector basis. The Laundry & Home Care business sector had sales of euro3.1 bn (+8.7% on fiscal 2000). Gains in market share in continental Europe, primarily as a result a successful policy of innovation and communication, were a crucial factor behind this good performance.
