摘要

Inorganic polymers (geopolymers)were prepared at room temperature by the reaction of kaolin,potassium silicate and potassium hydroxide solution and were dispersed in situ into a bisphenol A diglycidyl ether epoxy resin system.Adding 20% of the geopolymer to the epoxy matrix improved the thermal stability to a greater extent than did the addition of 20% kaolin alone.
