Sensient Colors (part of the Sensient Technologies group, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wl) plans to expand its food and cosmetics colorants factory at Kya Sands, near Gauteng (about 35 km northwest of Johannesburg city-centre). Sensient claims to be the world's leading supplier of natural colours for the food and beverage industry. It is also the only multinational food colorants company with production, sales and technical development facilities in South Africa.
