Clariant buys Plastichemix to become top Indian masterbatch supplier

Clariant has agreed to pay Rup 1.35 bn (equivalent to $21.5 M) to buy the entire assets and business of Plastichemix Industries (headquartered in Vadodara/Baroda). The transaction should be completed before the end of March 2014.
