Halogen- and Phosphorus-Free Flame Retardant PC Plastic With Excellent Moldability and Recyclability

摘要

An investigation was carried out into the flame retardant effect on and mobility of linear D-type and DT-type silicones in polycarbonate.The Izod impact strength,melt flowability,recyclability and susceptibility to hydrolysis of the polycarbonate containing the silicones were determined and factors affecting flame retardance,melt flowability,impact resistance and recyclability examined.
